Alright.. landed in hyd on friday morning and finally figured out a place to sit in quite and put in my first blog post before joining isb.
first impressions of hyd... damn.. such disparity.. lots of traffic.. lots of pollution.. lack of personal space...
but also.. lots of consumption.. lots of youngster!! damn.. i feel old already...
lots of poverty... lots of prosperity... pani puri dabbas outside multistory malls....
ppl are more brand conscious here than in the US and i see why.. i have feeling with so many ppl around.. there is a burning need to delineate ones class from others.. may be i am reading this too broadly correct me if i am wrong though...
internet access has been very very very iffy for me.. so no eta on next post...
